Scouting Preference - One Time Change!

Hi guys,

I've decided to permit teams a one time opportunity to change their scout's preference (Tools or Ability). This way, you can allow your previously owned scout to fit your desired approach. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME!

For those who are curious (from the manual): "A Scouting Director that favors ability will base players' potential ratings on what the player can already do and project what he thinks the player will become in the future.
